What to expect from the program

  • 32 training days (Monday-Thursday) across 8-weeks starting June 17 and ending August 15

  • Groups are tiered by skill level and age. Olders are U16+ and Youngers are U11-U15.

What the program expects from you

  • This is a rigorous training program, so you'll be expected to stretch/ice/rest, hydrate, and eat properly in order to maintain an injury free and high-level of mental and physical performance. That means that you will need to be deliberate about getting enough rest and sleep on off-days.

  • Be curious and ask questions, make suggestions, push yourself and the group, and ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE in your own development as a player and as a leader on the field.

  • You're asked to commit to 16 (4 weeks) of the 32 available training days with an expectation that you will train 3-4 times per week when you do come. Obviously, come to all 32 days if you are able!

  • A strict expectation of professionalism - getting to sessions EARLY (15-20 min), staying focused and driven, being open-minded, and having a positive mentality.

Because we want to offer as much flexibility as possible, there are two steps to registering for the Summer Academy.

Step 1: The first step is to make sure you can succeed in this rigorous program. Please commit to a at least 4 weeks during the summer program, which runs from June 17-August 15 (Monday-Thursday). The Summer Academy is a progressive program that builds over the season. Each week is structured to maximize focus and skills acquisition, progressing week over week.

Purchase a training package
Summer Academy training packages are available in 4-week and 8-week increments. If you want to purchase single add-on weeks, you will have an opportunity to do so at a pro-rated rate. For example, if you want to attend 5 weeks, you will purchase the 4-week package + 1 add-on week. After you have purchased your training package, you will receive a redemption code via email.

Step 2:
Using your package redemption code, you will reserve your sessions on the Training Calendar. The Summer Academy Training Calendar opens on April 25. We recommend scheduling asap, as space is limited.

About scheduling

The calendar is first come/first served and group sizes are strictly capped for maximum quality and quantity of reps. We recommend that you fill out the times you would like to commit to ASAP because those will fill up quickly.

About the CURRICULUM

We will work and progress in three key areas: Technical, Physical, and Game-Realistic. There will be a progression of difficulty over the summer, which is why consistent participation will be required.

About the Equipment and apparel

Four new Kwik Goal soccer goals, custom-made diving mats, new pro match-quality soccer balls, cones, ropes, ball machine, mannequins, and a variety of other tools will be available to ensure the best training environment possible.
